Active Ingredients: Wild Nutrition use the pioneering process of mycelial biomass to produce Wild Nutrition’s Maitake. This is created by culturing the maitake mushroom in a brown rice substrate to provide an intensely concentrated, full spectrum of the active metabolites of maitake mushrooms. These metabolites include antimicrobial compounds, polysaccharides (including beta glucan’s and arabinoxylan), proteins, fatty acids, arabinoxylans, enzymes Super Oxide Dismutase and digestive enzymes such as proteases, lipases etc. These metabolites have been shown to be active at a cellular level.
